Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and extracted 586 batches of foods for grain processing products, dairy products, quick -frozen foods, candy products, catering foods and catering utensils and edible agricultural products.Food and catering utensils and edible agricultural products are not qualified for 18 batches of foods.The main problems discovered are heavy metal pollution, excessive standards for pesticide residues, microbial pollution, over -limited use of food additives, and other pollutants.

For unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has instructed the market supervision department of the area to immediately organize the inspection and disposal work, find out the product flow, urge enterprises to take risk control measures such as removal and recall of unqualified products.The violations of laws and regulations are investigated and punished in accordance with the law, and the risk prevention and control measures and inspections are announced in a timely manner.

The specific situation of the unqualified food for supervision and random inspection is as follows:

1. Heavy metal pollution problem
